Egyptian Regulatory Reform And Development Activity
The Egyptian Regulatory Reform Activity (ERRADA) is a national initiative launched in 2008 to overhaul Egypt's legislative and regulatory framework. Its primary goals include enhancing policymaking, stimulating businesses, encouraging investment, and fostering dialogue between the government and businesses.
ERRADA gained significant momentum after being endorsed at the highest political level and affiliated with the Egyptian Cabinet, supervised by the
Ministry of Planning and Economic Development. This endorsement was solidified through Prime Minister Decrees No. 998 and No. 1652 in 2019.
